Primrose Bakery have some extremely delicious cupcakes. I have only been here once, but I definitely want to go back. This bakery I went to is in Primrose Hill, and I think Primrose Hill is such a cute area – I just love spending time there.
They have two bakeries, one in Primrose Hill and one in Covent Garden. For more information visit their website here.

I do not really have that much to say about the bakery other than: go there and try those cupcakes!
A new post to the ‘Foodgasm in London’ category is long overdue. And a place I have been a lot is Jamie’s Italian. Something about this place makes my friends and I come back again and again. It might be the delicious pasta or the Epic Brownie. I think it might be the brownie… The name of that says it all; it is truly epic!
So where is Jamie’s Italian? It is all over London, if you go to thissite you get an overview. And here is a map for you:
I thought I had tons of picture from this restaurant since I have been there so many times, but apparently I do not… But I can share the ones I have, these are from when Silje and I went there on my birthday:
My lovely company
My delicious pasta
This has to be one of the best brownies I have tasted
I prefer the restaurant in Angel (that is in London of course) because it is very big and I really like the atmosphere there. I have also been to the one near Covent Garden a few times, and I like that one too but it is a bit smaller.
That was all I had to share with you today. Hope you all have had a lovely week so far. Mine has been quite busy, so that is why my blog has been very silent. But anyways, I am going to stop rambling now.
This weekend Chelsea and I went to West Hendon to go to a craft store. We could not back home without eating, of course, so we ended up visiting Chiquito. And let me tell you: this food was good.
This is a Mexican restaurant. I have never really been to a Mexican restaurant before, so I was thrilled to discover how many options of tacos and fajitas they had on their menu! I ended up wanting a salad, which is quite weird considering we were at a Mexican place, but in my defense it looked really good. Unfortunately they did not have that salad left (do not even ask me how that’s possible…). So I ended up taking my second choice; the classic chicken fajitas. I feel like I say this way too much…. But it was reallygood! I think it is time for some pictures now.
Of course I always almost forget I am a blogger now. With that I mean that I start taking pictures, but I never take quite enough pictures. So therefore I do not really have too many pictures to show you, but I hope you will survive.
If you want to go to the exact restaurant we went to, we ate at the one in Staples Corner. But they also have restaurants on Leicester Square, by O2 Arena and Park Royale. Check out their website if you want to find out more.
A new post in the ‘Foodgasm in London’ category is way overdue! So this lovely Monday evening I am going to show you guys some food from Angus Steak House. This is some serious foodgasm guys. I went there with my dad and his girlfriend when they visited, and it was so good to finally taste fillet steak. AND they have proper béarnaise sauce! I feel the UK does not really do sauces, and béarnaise sauce is especially hard to find, so you can only imagine my happiness when I finally found a restaurant who have it. (In case you have not picked it up by now; I really love béarnaise sauce). But I will stop rambling now, and show you the food:
The dessert was so good that me, my dad and Mette ate it up before I remembered to take a picture of it 😦 I ordered the Malteser Cheesecake.
The three of us really enjoyed our time there, so I would definitely recommend a visit! They have quite a few restaurants around London if I am not mistaken, but we went to the one in Leicester Square. Click here to see the webpage for the restaurant, you can even have a sneak peek at the menu on this site!
Silje, Kristina and I decided to go down to central London today to get some shopping done, but before we could start our shopping we, of course, had to get some dinner. We got of the tube at Tottenham Court Road, and walked around to look for a place to eat. Before we knew it we had stumbled across Pizza Express. Silje said she had heard people brag about this place, so we decided to try it out.
I forgot to take a picture before we went inside, so unfortunately it had went dark by the time we had finished (and a car decided to stop there when I took the picture. Thanks for that!), but at least you can see what it looks like from the outside.
Silje was kind enough to pose for a picture outside of the restaurant. I really captured a good picture there, did I not?
I just have to tell you guys that this pizza was really good! I ordered a classic pizza with a romana crust. Just take a look at this:
The pizza looks absolutely HUGE, but the crust was really thin so this pizza was manageable to eat up for me.
Of course I can not go somewhere these days without eating dessert, so I decided to try the Chocolate Fudge Cake. That was really good as well! And the ice cream was almost better than the cake! I am dreaming myself back to eating that right now…. Anyways, I tasted some of Kristina’s Leggera Chocolate Cheesecake and Silje’s Chocolate Brownie (there was a lot of chocolate on our table, I know) and those cakes were really good as well. Just take a look at my delicious Chocolate Fudge Cake:
I had to take the picture slightly from the side so you could see how tall it was, even though the picture looks a bit weird from that angle…
Pizza Express have twelve restaurants in London according to their website. If you have a look at that you should be able to find the nearest restaurant to you, if you fancy a visit (which I definitely recommend).
I need to find my bed now, the shopping spree took more energy than I expected. Night guys!
A few weeks ago, me and two friends decided to take a walk to Covent Garden. We were super hungry, and since this was a Saturday you can imagine how hard it was to find a restaurant around the Covent Garden Market that was not full, with a queue outside. We decided to go out of the square where the market is, and when we had walked a few meters we stumbled upon this cute diner.
This is a very small diner, but oh my god! The food is so freaking good. We all ended up ordering the same thing (boring, I know) – a burger with brie and bacon. Me and Viktoria decided to go with the chocolate milkshake, and we did not regret it. I am actually getting hungry just writing about this.
Look at this deliciousness! If you ever find yourself around Covent Garden you have to visit this diner. If you do not fancy a burger I remember them having other dishes as well, such as club sandwiches (the couple next to us ate that and they looked soooo good) and soups. They also have different sorts of breakfast options, but we did not really look at those since we were way to hungry for that (and the clock was way past breakfast time anyway, I am embarrassed to say how long we slept in that day…)
I found Masters Diner on Google Maps, as I figured that would be easier than me trying to explain where to go. If you can not see it on the map it says that the restaurant is in Henrietta Street, I can not remember it being on that side on the road though: but you will see it once you go into that street anyways!
